WEDDING CEREMONY FEE
$2,000 If you wish to host your wedding ceremony on-site, there is a $2,000 fee to cover the additional time on the property, set-up and breakdown of the ceremony site and facilitation of the ceremony by our event managers. Please note that the reception portion of the event must begin promptly upon conclusion of the ceremony and no time is permitted to lapse between the ceremony and start of the reception. All traditions, such as Ketubah signings, must take place within the 30-minute timeframe or an additional fee may be assessed.
The duration of the ceremony is 30 minutes with two location options: 1) Outdoor ceremony area set with white resin chairs 2) Waterfall room set with pipe and drape if desired and Roundhouse banquet chairs
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
The Roundhouse operates by minimum food and beverage requirements as noted by day below. Only food and beverage costs go towards the minimum and fees for wedding ceremonies, other room enhancements, service charge and tax do not count towards meeting the minimum. The final event cost is based on either the total of all per person costs multiplied by the final guest count, plus any additional one-time charges or the minimum event price as noted below, whichever is greater.

SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX
A 20% taxable service charge and 8.125% sales tax are added to the final event cost, including but not limited to all food, beverage, ceremony fees, and rental charges.
*Friday and Sunday Weddings taking place December-March may utilize the Gold Package for a price of
$175/person.

DEPOSIT SCHEDULE
Initial Deposit
$2,500 non-refundable initial deposit Due with signed contract
9 Months Prior to Event Date 1/3 of the total minimum cost, service charge and sales tax, minus the initial $2,500 deposit
6 Months Prior to Event Date 1/3 of the total minimum cost, service charge and sales tax
10 Days Prior to Event Date To be determined based on finalized Banquet Event Order
The initial deposit and payments for up to two-thirds of the minimum event price may be made by check, cash or credit card. All subsequent payments are considered part of the “Final Payment” and must be
made by cash, certified or cashier’s check or wire transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are fully refundable (less the initial non-refundable $2,500 deposit) upon cancellation by Client if made at least nine months prior to the date of the event. Refunding of deposits for any cancellation less
than nine months prior to the date of the event will be as follows:

WEDDING CAKE SELECTIONS
All packages include a 4-tiered, round-shaped wedding cake made with up to two cake flavors, two filling flavors and one buttercream frosting. The top tier is not served, but given to the wedding couple after the event. Any requested cakes that include the use of fondant, special ingredients, unique shapes or labor-intensive design will be an additional cost.

The Roundhouse will serve musicians, photographers and any other vendor meals according to the agreed upon event timeline. The choice of these meals is at the discretion of The Roundhouse.
