WHAT IS URGENT CARE? Urgent care is usually needed when your condition can’t wait until you return home to see your regular doctor, but is not life-threatening and does not require a trip to the emergency room. These may also include situations where you are experiencing new or worsening symptoms, allergic reactions, and concerns that cause you to stop taking your medication or to delay starting a new medication. If you require emergency attention, call 911.

WHAT IF I NEED ADVICE? If you have questions about non-life threatening conditions, we recommend calling your Kaiser Permanente doctor or, if your clinic is closed, then call our After-Hours Advice Nurse at 1-800-467-3011.

HOW DO I RECEIVE URGENT CARE IN LAS VEGAS? 1. Select the clinic that is most convenient. No

appointment is necessary; however, we advise calling first as office hours may have changed.

2. Bring your photo ID and your Kaiser Permanente membership card to the clinic.

3. Walgreens or Concentra will bill you for the services according to your health plan benefits.
