Public Transportation to Chiefs Games: We anticipate a capacity crowd for the playoff game and therefore encourage all fans to arrive early and carpool or utilize Kincaid bus services. Parking and Traffic: If guests choose to not utilize public transportation for the game on Sunday, please plan to arrive early. Gate 6 continues to be the best gate for guests traveling Northbound on I-435. To access this gate, exit 63C from I-435 Northbound, stay to the right on the exit and follow signs for “Stadium Drive/Sports Complex.”

The Kansas City Police Department has the authority to shut down various entry points or redirect traffic at anytime to assist with traffic flow, as well as ensure the safety of motorists around the complex.

Parking and Traffic continued: To help you to get parked and to your seat as efficiently as possible, we are utilizing some new communication channels to alert fans coming to the Truman Sports Complex of any traffic delays and/or road or gate closures. Entry into the Stadium: Please look at your tickets and identify the suggested gate to enter the stadium. Entering through the right gate puts you in the closest proximity to your seating location.

Fan Zone: Be sure to stop by the newly updated Chiefs Fan Zone. Located between the Hy-Vee Hot Zone and the Founder's Plaza, the Fan Zone is open pre-game through kickoff and provides entertainment for fans of all ages. Enjoy interactive booths, visits from Warpaint, Chiefs Cheerleaders, the Chiefs Rumble, and KC Wolf plus unique photo opportunities and inflatable activities.

Team Store: The new team store offers season ticket holders and other fans exclusive Kansas City Chiefs merchandise available for purchase for fans of all ages. Six times bigger than the previous team store, the Chiefs Team Store is open on gameday to ticketed guests to provide fans with a comfortable shopping experience. The Team Store accepts all major credit cards, Chiefs gift cards and cash for Chiefs fans' convenience.

Special Messages: We receive many requests to have special messages placed on the Arrowvision boards during Chiefs games. Whether it’s a birthday wish, anniversary mention or a soldier returning from duty to enjoy a Chiefs game, we can now honor those requests! Messages will be shown during halftime at every Chiefs game and it’s your chance to tell the Kingdom your special shout out!

It’s simple to have your message displayed at Arrowhead. Here are a few pieces of information you will need to know to have your message displayed proudly at Arrowhead during halftime of the game of your choice.

Hours of Operation: The Club Level will open at 9:30 AM and will remain open until one hour after the game. You may enter the Club Level through any of the four spiral gates, Tower gate or Founder's Plaza gate.

Entry and Exit into the Club Level: We are continuing with the stamping process which was introduced last season in an effort to maintain an exclusive, VIP environment for your enjoyment. Upon entry your game ticket will be stamped. If you plan to exit the Club Level and will be returning, please make sure to have your hand stamped by one of the greeters as you leave. To re-enter the Club Level, simply show your game ticket and your hand stamp. This procedure will help expedite the entry process with what we hope is minimal delay.
