Go to www.usana.com, and as a sponsor, log in using your USANA ID and password. This takes you to the USANAToday web page. Click on the “ENROLL” link in the top right corner.

Use Option 1: “Step by Step Enrollment”.

Select the “COUNTRY” in which the Applicant lives. This determines where the Applicant will receive his or her commission. Then select the “CURRENCY”, if there is a choice.

Select the “CUSTOMER TYPE” (Distributor or Preferred Customer), and then enter the SPONSOR and PLACEMENT information. If you do not have your downline structure, you can place the new applicant to your own Leg 1, 2, 3, or 4, even if these positions are already filled. The system will automatically move the applicant to the next available position on the Leg you chose.

Go through the Terms and Conditions with the applicant, and click to indicate acceptance.

Fill in the rest of the information required about the applicant (name, address,phone numbers, etc.) All fields marked * are required. Those without are optional. Enter a password your new applicant will use to log in to his or her USANAToday website.

Verify that the information you entered so far is correct, and click CONFIRM. Once that is done, you will be given a RESUME CODE. The Resume Code is not a USANA ID. It allows you to continue theapplication process should it be interrupted.

Place the first order by entering the products the applicant wishes to purchase. To activate one Business Centre, select 200 Sales Volume points worth of products.To activate three Business Centres straight away select 400 Sales Volume points worth of products. Also specify whether the products should be delivered (provide address) or will be collected from our office. *There is a discount of RM6.00 for placing this order online. For pick-up orders, the discount applies only if the order is RM500 or more.

Enter details of the credit card the applicant wishes to charge this purchase to.

Next, enter the products the applicant wants for the next autoship (4 weeks hence). If no autoship order is placed, the first order will be charged at wholesale price, not autoship price. Enter details of the credit card the applicant wants us to charge all subsequent 4-weekly orders to.

The applicant will be given a USANA ID number at the end of the enrollment process. Print out thecompleted application form, get the applicant to sign and return it to the USANA Petaling Jaya office within 7 days, together with photocopies of the documents specified. If you do not have a printer now, you may print the form later by continuing the process using the Resume Code.
