4. To consider and take action with respect to adopting an ordinance providing for the levywithin the City of West Monroe, State of Louisiana, effective January 1, 2017, of a onepercent (1%) sales and use tax (the "Tax") upon the sale at retail, the use, the lease or rental,the consumption, and the storage for use or consumption, of tangible personal property andupon the sale of services in said City and for the assessment, collection, payment thereof andthe dedication of the proceeds of said Tax and the purpose for which the proceeds of the Taxmay be expended, said Tax having been authorized at a special election held in the City onApril 9, 2016.

5. Ordinance to adopt adjusted millage rates and levy the ad valorem taxes authorized for theyear of 2016 for the City of West Monroe.

6. Ordinance to authorize execution of Professional Services Agreement for engineering serviceswith S. E. Huey Co. relating to FEMA.

7. Ordinance to authorize execution of Professional Services Agreement for engineering serviceswith S. E. Huey Co. relating to LCDBG.

8. Ordinance to authorize execution of a Compromise Agreement, associated rights of way, andany necessary modification of Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Ouachita Parish PoliceJury (Travis Street Bridge).

9. Ordinance to authorize execution of a Dation En Paiement relating to former MitchellElementary School demolition.

10. Ordinance to amend Section 11-4035, relating to the penalties for possession of drugparaphernalia.

11. Ordinance to amend Section 11-5009.2, relating to the purchase and possession of alcoholicbeverages by those under age 21, to update the penalties.

12. Ordinance to amend Section 11-2003.1, relating to the crime of Domestic Abuse Battery, toupdate the penalties.

13. Ordinance to amend Section 11-3004 B and C, relating to the crime of Criminal Trespass, toprovide for crimes involving an unmanned aircraft system.

14. Ordinance to enact Section 11-3016.1, establishing the crime of Theft of Animals.

15. Ordinance to amend Section 11-5017, relating to the crime of Peeping Tom, to include useof an unmanned aircraft system.

16. Ordinance to authorize execution of 9/2016-11/2017 AmeriCorps State Grant Agreement.

17. Authorize Final Change Order No. 3 – Don M Barron Contractor – Water Line Relocation,S.P. No. H.010725, Arkansas Road (East of Warren Drive – LA 143), Ouachita Parish(-$2,246.28; +141 days)
