• 22 years of Army Officer experience with skills in leadership, human resources, recruiting, special operations, and consequence management.
• Civilian and military education at Masters level. • Managed over 240 people for recruiting efforts in
central California, covering the San Francisco Bay area to the suburbs of Los Angeles and the central valley from Fresno to Bakersfield.
• Internationally, was the Liaison to the Kuwait Ministry of Defense for all Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear training or responses.
• Currently serve as the Branch Chief for over 700 Army Officers at Human Resources Command to train, coach, and mentor the career development of the next generation of Army leaders. This is a nominative position that is specially selected from the top 15% of the former battalion commander population for the Chemical Branch.
• Open to using recruiting skills, administrative skills or roll in general leadership of any department within your organization. Skill set in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN).
• Was responsible for leading the recruiting organization to national recognition for partnerships with civilian communities and enrollment of future soldiers into admissions to college programs. Was recognized at the top organization in the region and #6 out of 45 nationally for full spectrum leadership.

• I am willing and ready to work in any role of instructor, leadership or management.
• I am open to any areas and accept the challenge to try new roles or become a subject matter expert in a specific area. I want to grow with an organization that sees me as an asset.
• I need to work on the transition from military to civilian organizational structure and actions. I am willing to go to any developmental programs to acquire skills needed to be successful.
• I have certificate programs for consequence management, quality assurance and emergency operations response. I would like to expand my education in developing safety programs within an organization or general leadership positions.

• Volunteer as an escort for WW II veterans as part of the Honor Flight chapter in Louisville, KY. I assist the veteran on their trip to D.C. to visit their war memorial. I have made four trips in support of veterans in Colorado, Indiana, and Kentucky.
• I was the president of the Pheasants Forever chapter in Colorado Springs. Pheasants Forever is a non-profit organization that works to build more habitat and get youth to the outdoors. I took the chapter from $500 in the account to $50,000 thru fundraising activities and community donations.
