The workshop is organized by the Indian Society of Aerospace Medicine under the aegis of DGCA. It has been decided that the forthcoming Class II Medical Examiners Workshop will be conducted as an e-workshop. Class II Medical Examiners shall not be required to come to New Delhi/ Bangalore. The details of the workshop are as follows :- 1. Date : 23 Nov 2013 (Saturday) 2. Time : 0900 to 1200h 3. Venue : Own Clinic/ residence of Class II Medical Examiners 4. Registration : Class II Medical Examiners are advised to register by sending their contact details latest by 15 Nov 2013. Interested Class II Medical Examiners need to register for the workshop by sending the following details :- Name Address (only if different from current address that appears on DGCA website) Cell / Telephone Number Email id Last Class II Medical Examiners workshop attended (Place/ year) The details may be sent by one of the following modes. 5. The method of conduct of e-workshop shall be as follows :
(a) Registration of Class II Examiners for e-workshop (email/
sms).
(b) DMS (CA) shall email PowerPoint presentations and material
for study by Class II Examiners 10 days before the date of
e-workshop. (c) A question paper (multiple choice questions and
short answer questions) shall be emailed at 0900h on 23 Nov 2013 to
all Class II Examiners who register for the e-workshop. The Class
II Examiners shall complete the answers and email it back by 1100h.
The same shall be evaluated by the DMS (CA) subsequently. (d)
Between 0900- 1200h, DMS (CA) would be available on email and
Google messenger and shall answer specific queries that may arise
on the topics of the workshop. (e) A certificate of participation
shall be posted to the Class II Examiners who participate in the
workshop. (f) A feedback form shall be sent by email to all
participants who would be required to submit it back within 3
