PNM Companion App Overview
The PNM Companion App is a recruitment tool that allows PNMs to easily manage their recruitment selections, schedules, messages and more by connecting with CampusDirector, your council recruitment technology.
Security
We use standard high-grade encryption to secure our connections to the server. Our web communications are protected by a secure certificate that allows clients to connect using their web clients at encryption standards up to 256-bit AES. No credentials are stored in clear-text, and we log all authentication attempts.
Data Security
Our databases and files are backed up and replicated to a remote server over a secure connection and we have a logging mechanism to implement a point-in-time recovery so that even if disaster strikes during the day, your data is protected up to the minute. Tech Support

How it Works
PNMs will download the FREE PNMCOMPANION app from the Apple or Google Play (Android) store. PNMs will login to the app using the username (email) and password they created during recruitment registration.
PNMs will make selections for each priority round or invitation round of recruitment. The selections will feed into CampusDirector seamlessly after submitted.

PNMs will also be able to view their schedule and the message of the day. A Video and Recruitment Guide can also be posted in the app and viewable by PNMs. PNMs can also contact their recruitment counselor and take notes right within the app.

For the preference round PNMs will order their preferences, read and agree to the MRABA which will also feed to CampusDirector OR accept/decline their bid based on your style of recruitment. When logins are turned off through CampusDirector, PNMs will not be able to view their schedule. When logins are turned on but editing is turned off, PNMs will be able to view their schedule, but not submit selections. Councils can require a code for PNMs to enter before submitting, to ensure a recruitment counselor or staff member can verify their selections before submitting.
