    August, 2009 Dear ARTS Representatives: This School Program Evaluation Book has been compiled from all the in-school Arts programs/events that were contracted through the Putnam/Northern Westchester Arts In Education Service during the 2008-2009 school year. HOW TO USE:

    1. The Evaluations are in alphabetical order either by the first name or by the name of the company/organization.

    2. The Evaluations were completed by participants who viewed the presentations.

    3. In the majority of cases, there is at least one Evaluation for each in-school program/event.

    4. In few cases, where several Evaluations were received for a single program/event, the responses were

    combined and averaged out for each of the categories but all the comments were included. However, those Evaluations when the respondents’ views were widely different have been entered separately.
