Points will be tabulated on a 9 pt. system and is based on the horse only. Placings in each class will be determined on total points earned in that class. You must show both days. Halter is not required. There is no addi-tional entry fee required. Classes must have 5 or more entries shown both days for monies to be paid.

PreEntry Save time by sending in your information ahead of time! A copy of the horse’s AQHA registration papers, the exhibitor’s current AQHA membership card and a current (1 yr.) Coggins test is required to enter. You will not be allowed to show without a current Coggins. Include copies of these items with the Master Sheet. & Add Classes entry sheet. You are not required to PreEnter, but who wants to stand in line? Mail entries to Tulsa Holiday Circuit, P.O. Box 1004, Stillwater, OK 74076. You may also email your entries to [email protected]. Do not mail to Stillwater after June 22nd, bring to show. Payment: Cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. There is a 4% surcharge on all credit card transactions. All bills must be settled by end of show. Tabs run only if an open, signed check is left at show office. Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee. Unpaid bills are reported to the AQHA.

Show Entry Info

Rules of the Show Lead-line classes are 6 & Under and FREE. Small Fry walk-trot classes are 9 and Under.

Horses do not have to meet AQHA ownership requirements but must be registered Quarter Horses. Exhibitors may not show in a loping class and enter the Small Fry classes, Youth and Adult Walk-Trot classes.

Level 1 Walk-Trot classes are AQHA approved classes. Please remember that you cannot enter the corresponding loping/cantering class within that same show. However, that combi-nation can switch back and forth between shows.

All AWARDS and MONIES must be picked up at the show or

be forfeited—they will not be shipped/mailed. Oklahoma state law requires every horse entering the grounds possess a current (1 yr.)

Coggins. You will not be allowed to show without a current Coggins. AQHA rules will be strictly enforced by show personnel. Working order in individually worked classes will be drawn for. YOU MUST GO IN ORDER.

You must ride in your heat in rail classes. Working orders will be announced and posted. Gate calls will be strictly enforced.

Tie breakers for all awards: 1st - Most number of classes shown pertaining to that award;

2nd - Most number first places, second places, etc.; 3rd - Flip a coin. Patterns will be posted near the entrance of each arena. Youth and amateur classes will receive ribbons. If we miss you in the arena, you can pick

them up at the show office. All exhibitors must have current 2019 AQHA INDIVIDUAL memberships to compete.

Memberships can be purchased at the show office. The Ford Truck Arena & Mustang Arena will be open for riding after the conclusion of each

day’s performance until 6:00am the following morning. Any damage to stalls or barns will be charged to the registered occupant.

In conjunction with the Tulsa Holiday Circuit, the American Buckskin Registry Association, Inc will hold its 2019 Roping World Show at the Summer Circuit at Expo Square, Tulsa OK July 5, 6, & 7, 2019. Each Exhibitor will be required to show to 6 judges in order to be eligible for World and Reserve World Cham-pion Title. ELIGIBILITY All American Buckskin Registry Association Registered Buckskin, Dun, Red Dun, and Grulla horses will be eligible to compete in any and all classes only by restrictions regarding age of horse (i.e. junior/senior) or eligibility of exhibi-tors (i.e. youth/amateur). All current registered owners and all exhibitors must be a 2018 member of ABRA. REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES All horses, must be registered with ABRA to exhibit Entries must be made in the name of the owner last recorded on the original registration certificate. A photocopy of both sides of the ABRA registration certificate is to be presented at horse show office to receive exhibitor numbers. AMATEUR & YOUTH CARDS Exhibitors must apply for and receive an official 2019 ABRA Amateur or Youth Card in order to be eligible to show in any amateur or youth division classes at the ABRA World Championship Show. A copy of an Amateur or Youth Lease Acknowledgement must accompany entry, if applicable. JUDGING PROCEDURES All classes will be judged and placed by all six judges. The scores or placings will then be combined to determine the official World Championships and top ten horses in each class. Great care has been taken to select judges with breed experience and knowledge. The judges’ decision in the show ring are their own responsibility. Exhibitors, owners, agents, or spectators are prohibit-ed from contacting a judge directly, in any manner, at any time prior to or dur-ing the ABRA Roping World Show. ABRA NATIONAL POINTS Following the completion of each ABRA class, the individual placings of each judge will be posted. A complete set of ABRA National Show points will be awarded according to the ABRA point system, for each individual judge’s plac-ings.

RETURNED CHECKS A $50 penalty will be assessed for any returned check issued for the ABRA World Show. The person whose name and address appears on the check will be notified by U.S. Mail and given ten (10) days to clear the account with a certified check or money order. Any returned checks submitted prior to the show and not rectified by show time will constitute cause to disallow the entry in the classes. Returned checks not rectified within ten (10) days of notice will constitute cause for ABRA action as per rules in the current ABRA rulebook. AWARDS An ABRA World Championship Trophy Buckle will be presented to the winner of each ABRA class. A Reserve World Champion buckle will be presented to Re-serve Winners. ABRA World Championship ribbons will be presented to the World Champion and Reserve World Champion. ENTRIES Entries for the following classes must to be sent to the ABRA office by the Pre-Entry deadline of June 1 with appropriate Pre-Entry Class Fees. Entries post-marked after June 1 will be required to pay the Post-Entry Fee. All other fees will be paid to the Tulsa Holiday Circuit Office. Entries can be mailed, faxed or done electronically on the ABRA website. FEES The pricing to show to all 6 judges is listed on entry form. If you do not enter AQHA classes, Tulsa Holiday Circuit Cattle Charges will be added (Heading/Heeling/Calf Roping/Breakaway $25, Working Cowhorse $55, Boxing $45—per class/per day).
