PRINTING NOTES

1. Print one single-sided copy of this downloaded PDF file.

You will get four 8-1/2 x 11 sheets.

2. These four sheets should be printed as follows:

1st sheet = spread of pages 8 & 1.

Reverse side of 1st sheet = spread of pages 2 & 7.

2nd sheet = spread of pages 3 & 6.

Reverse side of 2nd sheet = spread of pages 4 & 5.

3. You may need to stack half of the originals upside down in your printer’sdocument feeder, depending on how your copying machine flips paper to

make double-sided copies.

4. Fold sheets in half to produce an 8-page booklet measuring 5-1/2 x 8.

Staple down middle if desired

INTUNE V5 is a plant management and engineering tool that

combines proc ess control monitoring func tions with po werful

diagnostic and tuning tools. The software monitors all plant/

process loops without intruding on the process, and can

automatically generate repo rts that identify poorly performing

loops. In its diagnostic c apa bility, INTUNE V5 generates reports

that will notify managers, engineers, or operators via e-mail,

phone call, or alarm, if process performance violates certain pre-

set cond itions. INTUNE V5 then provides a tool to resolve proc ess

issues quickly and ea sily.

MANTRA Advanced Process Control System

MA NTRA is a state-of-the-a rt advanced control system. It is a full-

blown, c onfigurable c ontrol system with more than 90 function

blocks, configurable faceplates, and very easy to use, intuitive,

drag-and-drop type of function block programming. The

ad vanced control functions in MA NTRA include our patented

model-based control suite—IMC (Internal Mo del C ontrol), CC

(Coordinated C ontrol), and MMC (Mod ular Multivariab le Control).

MA NTRA a llows users to build all nec essary logic on top of the

multivariable predictive control functions to take care of any

operation or control needs. It also allows users to switch the

control back and forth between MANTRA and their existing

control system.
