ACCOMMODATION

General: PODIUM sleeps twelve in Owner’s party and 16 crew in 7 cabins plus a double Captain’s cabin. Her German built Lürssen pedigree speaks for itself, and her extensive refit in 2015 at Feadship only enhances everything about PODIUM. Accommodations: Sun Deck/Panoramic Salon: Forward in the sun, there is a Jacuzzi tub to port and a circular dining area opposite. There are sun pads aft of the Jacuzzi and dining area. Inside the panoramic salon there is a comfortable seating area forward, behind the centerline door out to the forward deck. Aft is a sit-down bar with circular dining area further aft. There is a day head to starboard. Proceeding out sliding glass doors, there is a covered dining area on the panoramic deck and further aft a delightful sundeck with chaise lounges.

Bridge Deck: The wheelhouse is forward behind the Portuguese bridge. There is a settee with two tables in the wheelhouse for owner and guest enjoyment, and two helm chairs forward. The ships office and audio-visual panels are aft to port and Captain’s cabin with queen berth is opposite to starboard. There is a large pantry further aft to port, and the main staircase is on the centerline. A sixth guest stateroom with en-suite bathroom with shower is outboard to starboard. This stateroom is presently used as the gym. The full beam bridge deck salon or sky lounge is further aft with conversational couch settings to starboard and a sit-down bar opposite with large screen TV on the outboard port bulkhead. Further aft is a recreational area with card tables, deep windows and a sliding glass door out to the aft bridge deck lounging area which has a coffee table, easy chairs and two dining areas, each with four chairs for intimate outside dining. Main Deck: All the way forward are his and her bathrooms for the Owner. His side has a shower, her side has a shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are his and her walk-in closets either side and the full beam Owner’s suite has the king berth positioned on the aft bulkhead facing forward, with entertainment center on the forward bulkhead. To the starboard side is the owners lounging area with sofa and easy chairs around a coffee table. The owner’s office is further aft with desk and chairs, entered through double doors from the main deck lobby. The main ships galley is centrally located on the port side with an island, refrigeration and a dry store room. The galley adjoins a large service pantry. The main deck lobby has the central staircase as well as a day head slightly forward. The main dining room for twelve is ahead of the main salon and open to the main salon which is further aft. There is a sit-down bar to port in the main salon and loose furniture in various settings. Again, full height windows give plenty of light and a great feeling of space. The open aft deck has a U-shaped settee aft around a teak dining table with six additional chairs. There is also a teak topped bar on the port side. There are staircases down to the swim platform from both sides of the aft main deck. Lower Deck: There are seven double crew staterooms forward. All crew cabins have en-suite heads with showers. Further aft there is the central guest foyer, beautifully finished with Madrona woods, onyx and marble. Off the foyer are four equal king-sized guest suites. Forward there are port and starboard king guest suites, each with desks and aft facing king sized size berths, hanging lockers and en-suite bathrooms with showers, two sinks, WC and bidets in a separate room. Aft there are two additional king guest suites, each with desks, hanging lockers and forward-facing king sized berths and en-suite bathrooms with showers, two sinks, and WC and bidets in a separate room.

The engine room, engineers control room, and workshop are all further aft, ahead of the tender garages with tenders and toys launched through port and starboard hinging up doors. The tender garages are nicely finished and are used as the beach club. There is access via a comfortable hinged door to the wide and very comfortable swim platform. Tank Deck: The tank deck has huge volume and has a proper sized laundry full beam forward. The large crew mess is to port with dry storage and technical spaces opposite. There is extensive storage, freezer and refrigeration areas and garbage store further aft.
