Professionalization of jail services by employing different administrative programs to enhance and strengthen personnel capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities of Admin Chief
1. Directs administrative personnel in all their functions
2. Formulate actions plan for all units of Administrative Section
3. Enforces the implementation of Administrative programs in jails
4. Supervises the implementation of Admin programs and the
preparation of Admin reports

Duties & Responsibilities of Admin Technical Staff
1. Collates and consolidates all Admin reports for signature of Admin Chief and Warden
2. Oversees the daily recordings of activities for each Admin programs
3. Prepares final report for Admin monthly PRA and other reports.
4. Submits all reports to NCRO
