Epilepsy is the fourth most common neurological disorder in the U.S. after migraines, stroke, and Alzheimer’s disease. Despite how common it is and major advances in diagnosis and treatment, epilepsy is among the least understood major chronic medical conditions. Since 1968, the Epilepsy Foundation has been leading the fight to stop seizures and SUDEP, find a cure, and overcome the challenges created

by epilepsy through efforts including education, advocacy and research to accelerate ideas into new therapies.  

The world famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, home of the television reality show, Pawn Stars starring Rick Harrison, has organized a poker run to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Nevada in his hometown. Since 2008, Epilepsy Foundation of Nevada has been dedicated to the welfare of people with epilepsy. There are more than 27,000 Nevadans living with epilepsy. The Epilepsy Foundation of Nevada has implemented public education programs that foster community awareness to improve healthcare and community support available to everyone, including family and friends, living with epilepsy.

Join Rick Harrison as he hosts the Inaugural Pawn Stars Poker Run on Sunday, October 5, 2014 to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Nevada. Rick, accompanied by his son Big Hoss (Corey), will lead thousands of bikers through Las Vegas on the Poker Run. Participants on motorcycles must visit five checkpoints, drawing a playing card at each one. The object is to have the best poker hand at the end of the run.

Grand Prize is a 2014 Triumph motorcycle with lots of other prizes and raffles.

Registration: 8:30 a.m.

Kick Stands Up: 10:30 a.m.

Time to Fold ‘Em: 2:00 p.m.
