The suspects, pictured above left, have target- ed financial institutions in numerous communi- ties including Vancou- ver, Maple Ridge, Coquit- lam and Langley, from late November into early December. The four may be from outside B.C. RCMP are also conducting investiga- tions in Alberta and Ontar- io of the same suspects. If you recognize any of them, please contact CrimeStoppers. Deverton Ellis, 30, 6’5”, 170 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes, is wanted by Richmond RCMP or fraud and theft. He has been convicted for uttering threats. He frequents East 57th Avenue and Knight Street in Van- couver. Stephanie Deschen- er, 20, 5’6”, 157 lbs., with blond hair and green eyes, is want- ed for suspension of national parole. (Subject has a crimi- nal record for violent offences, robbery, break and enter and theft.) Brandon Nywen- ing, 18, 5’10”, 166 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes, is want- ed by the Abbotsford Police Department for assaulting a peace officer, mischief and threatening. Jana McGuinness said an autopsy has revealed there were no signs of physical injuries. Further testing will be needed to determine the cause of death, she added. Officers were called to the 2200-block Kingsway Avenue around 7 p.m. Thurs- day by a male acquaintance of the woman who said she was unrespon- sive. He was questioned as a witness by police, said McGuinness. Efforts by emergency crews to revive her were unsuccessful.
