On the 7th inst., from Captain Archdeacon's dwelhng, Stirling Street, Perth,—six shillings, the property of Kate Kilner. An entry was effected into the dwelling by bursting open the pantry door, and taking therefrom the key of the house, which was left hanging upon a nail. Suspicion attaches to a. man answering to the following description—very stout, old, about Sft. S^in. high, dirty appearance, close scrubby beard. Tracks of a man's boot, large size, smooth sole, with broad heels down at sides were found leading from Beaufort Street down to the back premises, anti from thence back again to Beau­fort Street.—C.I. 149.

Stout, broad shoulders, 35 years of age, 5ft. 7Jm. high, dark brown hair, bald, light hazel eyes, long visage, fair complexion, anchor and J right arm, sailor and mermaid left arm, h;is a spot size of half a crown on left side of head void ot hair, walks with a quick .short step, turns right foot outward ; supposed to have gone to South Australia with Bernard Stein.

Stout, age 36 years, 5ft. 5^in. high, light brown hair, light hazel eyes, long visage, fresh complexion.
