Polling Day procedures

TEMPERATURE SCREENING• Temperature screening will be conducted at the entrance of the polling station.• Anyone who has a temperature of37.5 deg C or higher will be refused entry.• A decision will be made later on whether those with fever or respiratory symptoms will be allowed to vote.

ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION

• Scan your NRIC to register.

RECEIVE BALLOT PAPER

• Sanitise your hands and put on disposable gloves before receiving ballot paper.

MARKCHOICE• Use the self-inking pen or use your own to mark your ballot. Booths and pens are sanitised regularly.

DROP BALLOTPAPER INTOBALLOT BOX• Fold ballot paperbefore droppingit into ballot box.

EXIT POLLING STATION• Throw the used gloves into a bin and sanitise your hands before leaving the polling station.

Precautionary measures to ensure the safety ofvoters at polling stations will be in place on July 10. Here is what the voting process will look like.

• Look for the recommended two-hour time slot on your polling card.

• Check the queuesituation at VoteQ.gowhere.gov.sg before showing up.

• Stand 1m apart from others at all times.

• Lower your mask and show your NRIC to the election of�cial.
