• Unemployment Rate: 9.2 %

Regional projects
Regional project: Construction of micro-district
"Levada-2"
• Main idea
Creation of a new residential micro-district that meets the latest international living space trends. Micro-district conditionally divided into several zones: residential, schools and pre-schools area, shopping and entertainment center area, entertainment park, ski downhill, hotel.
• Objective
Construction of residential buildings (up to 23 floors) located in two semicircles.
• Cost of project
370,4 mln USD
• Payback period
10 years

Construction of waste recycling plant in Poltava
• Main idea: Construction of modern waste recycling plant in Poltava
• Cost of project: 2,5 mln USD
• Payback period: 5 years
Construction of the bridge over the River Dnipro in Kremenchuk
• Main idea : Construction of the bridge over the River Dnipro, which meets the requirements of modern traffic.
• Cost of project: 654,3 mln USD
• Payback period: 7,5 years
Kremenchug city infrastructure development
• Main idea: development of urban infrastructure in the city of Kremenchuk
• Cost of project: 6,6 mln USD
• Payback period: 15 years

Work of Poltava RCID
The main objectives of Poltava RCID :
• Promotion and facilitation of foreign
investment in Poltava region
• Ensuring the preparation and
implementation of the principle of
"One stop-shop " supporting

components of national and regional
priority investment projects

Results of Poltava RCID work:
• In 2011, on the results of joint activity with
PJSC "Poltavpivo" company attracted
required investor for cooperation
• In 2012, thanks to Poltava RCID "Olmos"
Ltd. found an investor who invested in the
company 37 thousand USD, and created
6 new jobs
• Teaches executive authorities and local
government to attract and support
investors
• Accompanies national and regional
priority investment projects
• Maintains the database of attractive
lands(Greenfield, Brownfield) for
investment projects
• Since 01.01.2012 Center provides
services on a "One-Stop-Shop" approach.
