POLYDET® Antibac
Antibac from OPTIPLAN is a highly efficient gel-coat, which can be applied as protective layer against bacteria and germs on every POLYDET® Performance and POLYDET® HighGloss product.
The antibacterial effect is achieved by special silver particles - silver ions (Ag+), which destroy the bacteri-a´s cell membrane on contact. A spreading of bacte-ria is prevented immediately. Bacteria are neutralized

with an efficiency of over 99.99 %. The metabolism of the bacteria is interrupted and their DNA replication deactivated.
The material is highly resistant to cleaning agents and humidity (cleaning cycles).
