Using Stages of Change in Group Setting:
Pondering Employment
► Group format:
In the past we held a 1 hour session that ran for four
weeks.
We have since decided to change the format to a 2 1/2
hour workshop held every other month or as needed.
► Format was changed to meet the needs of
participants whom we found to be in various
stages of change. Participants do not return if they
are too early in their stage of change.
