• Ex.20:10, no trabajar; Ex. 16:29, no salir de la casa; Ex. 16:23, 29, no cocinar; Ex. 35:3, no encender fuego; Núm. 28:9, 10, sacrificar dos corderos; Neh. 10:31, no vender.

• Purpose: Deut. 5:15, “And remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God brought you out from there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore the LORD your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.”


• Era “memorial” como la Pascua y la cena del Señor. Era para conmemorar algo muy importante. Pero nunca éramos esclavos en Egipto. Sólo U.S.A. observa 4 de julio.

• It was a “memorial” like the Passover and the Lord’s Supper. It was to commemorate something very important. But we were never slaves in Egypt. Only the U.S.A. observes July 4th.

• La enseñanza de los sabatistas es como la de los judíos, porque si Cristo no cumplió la ley tampoco cumplió los profetas y el Mesías todavía no ha venido.

• Hacen distinción falsa hablando de ley moral, ley ceremonial, que 10 mand = ley moral. Según eso ¡nosotros seríamos inmorales como homicidas, ladrones, adúlteros.

• They make a false distinction talking about a moral law and a ceremonial law, that 10 com = moral law. According to that, we would be immoral, like murderers, thieves, adulterers.


• AGREGAN a la Escritura diciendo “ley moral” y “ley ceremonial”. No hay texto alguno que use estos términos.

• THEY ADD TO THE SCRIPTURE saying “moral law” and “ceremonial law.” There is no text that uses these terms.


• Guardar el sábado NO ES MORAL. Mat. 12:5, “los sacerdotes en el templo profanan el día de reposo, y son sin culpa”. ¿Podían matar, adulterar, robar, mentir y ser sin culpa?

• Keeping the Sabbath IS NOT MORAL. Matt. 12:5, “the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath and are without guilt.” Could they kill, commit adultery, rob, lie without guilt?


• Dicen que los 10 mand = la ley moral = ley de Dios, dada por Dios, en las dos tablas de piedra, y que esta ley no fue quitada. Por eso, hay que guardar el sábado.

• CUMPLIMIENTO. HEB. 8:8, "He aquí vienen días," dice el Señor, "en que concluiré con la casa de Israel y con la casa de Judá un nuevo pacto…

• FULFILLMENT. HEB. 8:8, "Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah…


• 9 no como el pacto que hice con sus padres en el día en que los tomé de la mano para sacarlos de la tierra de Egipto…

• No había tres pactos. Ex. 19:5-8 no es otro pacto. Se dice que este “pacto” es el que se quitó y que el pacto de Deut. 4:13 permanece.

• NASB and other competent versions say “sabbath” (singular), as Lk. 4:16, “went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day”… Acts 13:14, “they entered the synagogue on the Sabbath day”.


• Aun EXODO 20:8, PLURAL COMO AQUÍ IN COL 2:16: “Acuérdate del día de reposo”. También 35:3; Deut. 5:12.

• Even EXODUS 20:8, PLURAL AS HERE IN COL. 2:16, “remember the Sabbath day..” Also Ex. 35:3; Deut. 5:12.


• Pablo dice clara y enfáticamente que la ley – INCLUYENDO EL SÁBADO – ¡fue clavada en la cruz!

• Paul says clearly and emphatically that the law – INCLUDING HE SABBATH DAY – was nailed to the cross!

• ROMANOS 7:4, “habéis muerto a la ley por medio del cuerpo de Cristo.” ¿Cuál? V. 7, “yo no hubiera sabido lo que es la codicia, si la ley no hubiera dicho: NO CODICIARAS”.

• ROMANS 7:4, “you have become dead to the law through the body of Christ.” Which law? V. 7, “I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, "YOU SHALL NOT COVET.”


• LEY = AYO…GAL. 3:24, “De manera que la ley ha sido nuestro (ayo, guardián) tutor para llevarnos a Cristo, 25 Pero ahora que ha venido la fe, ya no estamos bajo ayo”.

• LAW = TUTOR…GAL. 3:24, “Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ.. 25 But now that faith has come we are no longer under a tutor.”


• HEBREOS 7:12, “Porque cambiado el sacerdocio, necesario es que haya también cambio de ley”.

• HEBREWS 7:12, “For the priesthood being changed, of necessity there is also a change of the law.”


• “LEY” - Misma palabra en Mat. 5:17, “No penséis que he venido para abrogar la ley o los profetas…” ¿10 mand en Mt 5:17? 10 mand en Heb. 7:12.

• “LAW” – Same word in Matt. 5:17, “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets…” 10 comm in Mt. 5:17? 10 comm in Heb. 7:12.
