Your Actions to Prepare for Upgrade: Postings

• Review status of departmental postings that are currently open or on hold in TAMU Jobs

• Make sure hiring supervisors are aware of February 25 deadline and important transition dates

• Support hiring supervisors in their efforts to complete the hiring process for TAMU Jobs postings

• Contact your recruitment rep if you need help

Your Actions to Prepare for Upgrade: Position Descriptions

• Review pending actions that are started but not yet submitted to HR

• Update PDs before February 25 as appropriate• Make sure hiring supervisors are aware of

deadlines and important transition dates with respect to PD actions and effective dates

• Contact your compensation rep if you need help

Your Actions to Prepare for Upgrade : Performance Evaluations

• Be sure that hiring supervisors and employees are aware that:• The 2013 process has a different evaluation

period (April to May) due to the transition to PATH and rollout dates.
