About us Intec Recycling operates now for over six years in the field of recycling technology. Besides some national companies are above all numerous international companies, for example from the EU, Russia or Japan, our customers - in addition to various medium-sized companies we have of the one of the largest automobile companies in the world as customer.

In the core business, we have a reliable spare parts and assembly service. Our customers can rely on this wealth of experience and high competence, because only in the field of metal scrap processing plants, our professionals have to show a know-how of more than 40 years.

Intec Recycling manufactures approximately 92% of wear and spare parts from renowned suppliers in Germany. We work with many regional suppliers confidently. The remaining suppliers come exclusively from the EU and Switzerland and belong to their branches to the best in Europe. So that we can assure customers a high quality standard!

In new machines we represent interesting manufacturer of recycling systems & equipments: In addition to the Turkish manufacturer of scrap processing equipment, Birim Makina, we represent in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan and the Italian company MG Recycling, a leading manufacturer of machines for the cable recycling.

In Moscow Intec Recycling is present with a representative since 2011 at especially in Russian-speaking countries to be easily accessible for our customers. On the Japanese market, we work from the beginning with the Shuttle Corporation together.

Installation & overhauls Installation, overhauls and commissioning we perform worldwide since years. Proper execution of the repair is as important as the quality of spare- and wear parts to ensure adequate lifetime and less downtime of your recycling plant. The longstanding experience of our professional staff are above all in the area of scrapshears shredding, presses, mills and pre-shredders of the manufacturer Henschel.

Installation We perform all repairs in mechanics, hydraulics and electrics professionally at your recycling plants. We can also supervise if you perform a repair largely with your own staff.

Overhauls We offer overhauls your recycling plants - from a general overhaul of the entire machine to the revision of single components, for example of cylinders, gears, motors or pumps.

Installation & overhauls Reference: general overhaul of s pre-shredder Henschel HZ250 A Japanese customer bought a Henschel HZ250 in France and instructed us carry out the overhaul of the pre-shredder. The machine was in inventory in a badly damaged condition. In recent years, the machine was no longer operational. Therefore it was necessary to verify in detail the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems and perform all necessary repairs. We have carried out the overhaul in France and organized after the transport of the machine to Japan. On-site we performed the installation and commissioning at our customers scrap yard.

Recycling systems consist of highly complex machines that require regular maintenance. SPS remote maintenance Regarding the programmable logic controller (PLC S7 and S5) of your recycling facilities we offer, with error messages remotely to check the programming on and correct errors. We can also make changes or extensions in the programming of the PLC and possibly provide the necessary hardware.

Urgent Service 24/7 Nothing is more expensive than an equipment failure because threaten production losses sometimes causes also penalties - it is therefore as soon as possible to find a solution. Often, the disturbance is related to defective components which have to be replaced. Since it can not be any spare part in stock, we are helping to get replacement for you. For this to happen as soon as possible, we offer our customers our Urgent Service.

Representation of MG Recycling MG Recycling is the world's leading manufacturer of compact equipment for granulation of cables. The Italian company based in Bondeno was founded 1995.
