Frame for Good-teaching

• Frame for Good-teaching is a toolfor guiding teachers to achieve aneffective procedure of the theirpractice at schools, it is applied infour different fields like;Preparing of teaching, creating aproper environment for teaching,teaching for students learningand professional responsibilities.So as futures professional of theeducation we have to learn allthis point to use them in our ownpractice.

Describing Learning and Teaching

• When we are referring to Englishthere are two ways to learn it,one is as a second language(ESL) or in the other handEnglish as a foreign language(EFL) depending of that we canteach it in many different waysin order to take the most of theapproaches we can get in ourclassrooms, like selecting thebest exercises, methods andmaterials for them.

Competences

• Competences are all thenecessary abilities or skills wehave to develop as teacher tobe an effective professional ofthe education, we have to beaware of all of our duties, notonly inside the classroom , butalso the paperwork likeadministrative duties andsome highlighted performanceto be better.

School Management

• There are certain requirements to follow if we want to be in educational jobs like principal, UTP chief, general inspector, teacher or counselor so to be effective ones we have to know very well what is expected for each job place and we can check the different frames in www.gestionescolar.cl
