Position Overview

The Business Operations Officer will support the administration and business operational duties of the whole Local Area Coordination (LAC) region. Supporting and reporting to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Local Area Coordination, the Business Operations Officer will undertake various duties including:

Problem solving skills with the ability to understand information and take action to address issues 

Strong time management skills with the ability to plan workload, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced multi-site environment 

Demonstrated commitment to providing high level of customer service and experience Competency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and data management

Commitment to and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety matters relating to workplaces 

Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of the Brotherhood.

Ideal Degree/Discipline

Business management, administration, community development, and socials tudies or similar.

Remuneration

$25.76 per hour and super contribution

Eligibility Requirements

Stage of study - second last or final year/undergraduate or postgraduate

Citizenship status - Australian Citizen or International Student Visa with working rights
