BackgroundYoung man is the leader of changes. A leader of changes must bring back the environment to

be safe, clean, healthy, and comfortable to the next generation. In this era , there is so much damage to the environment caused by human activities. So many trees are cut down, littering, River untreated, until the rampant mining in Bangka Belitung that damage the surrounding ecosystem.

Young man in babel who is the leader of changes in this province must take a stance to this situation. The leader of changes must give action and reaction. The action that will take to this situation is making a community called “AEK PUETI (Activist of Enviroment “KOLONG” Problem with Unique Education Creative)”. In this community will be trained the leader of changes from various level education to solve “kolong” problem in this province. Then, in this community will be make a curriculum which happy, funny, creative, and what will to do safe and keep “kolong” in this province. That’s because of, a leader of changes must start the changes from himself, before try to invite others to do the same thing. Be like a water which is the best antioxidants in healthy. The leader of changes should be like that, be the best fighter for safe the kolong and environment

Project Purpose 1. Looking for 7 youth to be part of this project and community

2. Develop creative curriculum to be taught and trained to youth3. Trained 20 Volunteer with the mission of saving the environment, especially Kolong and will be held campaign4. held campaign and seminar about kolong with 500 participants5. Doing real action with volunteer by planting trees and mangroves, beach cleaning, release tukik, teach children in schools, kolong reclamation and waste processing.6. In cooperation with all relevant stakeholders to create FORMASALONG (Forum Masyarakat Sayang Kolong) and make a comfortable tourism in Bangka Belitung province7. Gathering all students and community in Indonesia, Especially In Bangka Belitung to discuss about environment problem in babel and then doing real action to create a pilot project about Kolong utilizationProject Overview and Description

in the short term Project AEK PUETI (Activist of Enviroment “KOLONG” Problem with Unique Education Creative) will be implemented in an school in the city of Pangkalpinang Before that, will be Looking for 7 youth to be part of this project and community.Then, the selected school later, the students will be teach about kolong, why kolong must be safe and keep, and what will we do to safe and keep kolong. The students will be learn with fun and happy because of the creative curriculum which make during 8x meeting.

In the middle term will be examined about kolong issues that happening in Bangka Belitung Province. Then, it will look for the solution for this problem with doing discussion. The discussion will be held with academics, government, the public, and relevant stakeholder . The results of this study would be expected to be implemented by the government to resolve the problem.After that, it will look for the best 20 volunteer in this province to move together in solving the problem. These volunteers will be held seminar and campaign the result from the discussion. The other thing will be

create a forum to discuss about Kolong and environmental issues and challenges to be face in the future.

The last but not least, for long term will be held a meeting and gathering all student and community in Indonesia especially in Bangka Belitung who cares about kolong and environment. It is expected with gather all youth, it will born a great ideas to safe kolong and environment in Bangka Belitung province. This youth will also doing a real action to save kolong, Planting tress, make pilot project about kolong, and other things.then, this meeting also expected to be a tourism meeting.it means, all of participants who come to this province will be go around to see existing tourism in Bangka Belitung province. This is doing to known the tourism which existing in this province. Moreover, this tourism meeting goal is to increase attractiveness to this province.Stakeholder

Stakeholders who will join in these project is a community that has a concern for the environment, government, academia, the media, companies, and society.

1. CommunityCommunitiy as stakeholders really need to be involved in this project. This is because of the community has a concern for the environment has been understand the problems that exist. In addition, community also have a mass who can be move to campaign the project

2. GovernmentGovernment as a stakeholder have a function to make policy and decision about environment and kolong problem. Government expected can make a right policy based on discusiion.the last, government also have relevant instance to support this project.

3. AcademicsAcademics as a people who have more ideas very important to analyze the problems and what will we can be do together to solve the problems. The academics who can join this project could come from lecturers, students, teacher, and related academics.

4. Mass mediaWriting is a way to change mindsets and paradigms that exist in the society. In this case, the mass media is very useful in shaping public opinion.media is also can make a news about this project, so can make people interesting to join this project.

5. CompanyCompanies that have mining activities certainly left an excavated hole . Therefore, the company should be participate and help in solving the problems they create.

6. SocietySociety is the forefront in keeping the environment. This is because of not many people are aware of the important saving the environment. Therefore, the society is very important to take part in this project. The society should be know why they must safe and keep environment and what will be happening if the environment not to be saved.

Resources & Materials NeededThis project requires a materials such as: Projectors, Mangrove, Tukik, Kolong, ornamental fish or consumption, Trees, stationery, banners, Sound System, EM-4, Waste leaf, Trash, room Seminar, Printer and waste processing equipment that could be collaboration with BECAK Babel.

2. MangrovesMangroves have a function as a plant that will be plant. The mangroves can be request to the BBG (Bangka Botanical Garden)

3. TukikTukik will be release when environment and kolong save campaign..(If Any)

4. KolongKolong will be need as one of the places that will be used as a place for pilot project utilization.

5. Ornamental fish or consumptionOrnamental fish or consumption will be used for aquaculture in the kolong.

6. TreesTrees will be used for planting and teach the participants in school the benefits of trees for our life.

7. Office stationeryStationery Office as markers, pens, and paper serves to support the activities when teaching. In addition, the paper will also be used to create certificates.

8. BannersBanners will be used to campaign the event that will be held. Banners can also used to announcement the event.

9. Sound SystemSound System used as a tool to support the project

11. Leaf litterLeaf litter is the material that will be used for composting

12. Trash canTrash can will be used for the place for the trash when the project held.

15. Waste Processing EquipmentWaste processing equioment will be used as a tool to support this project. This tool will be collaboration together with BECAK (Bangka Environment Creative Activist of Kawa)

Project ChallengesEvery project always have challenges and obstacles. In this project, the challenges and obstacles are:1. Looking For Volunteer

Looking for Volunteer for this project is a challenge that must be faced. The problem is how to convince volunteers to participate in this project.

2. KolongKolong that will be used in this project must be surveyed before it can be used. It is a challenge in this activity to analyze the right place for the implementation of project.

3. TukikTo get tukik is also a problem. This is because the turtle breeding place, not available tukik any time.

4. Get ParticipantsPersuade participants to participate in these Project is a challenge to be faced.

5. SpiritSpirit to realize these project should be maintained. The challenges to keep spirit when have so many problem must be keep. How to reassure myself that this project should be held well is very important and that the challenges to myself.

6. Develop CurriculumDevelop Right Curriculum is a challenges that must be faced. It is because this curriculum will determine the success for this project. The project will work well for students who will be trained depend on this curriculum.

7. BudgetAlthough is not a major problem, but it is remains a challenges how to held this project without budget or if there is no budget how I must do this project.

8. EtcOther challenges that may be encountered when these activities have been carried out but can not be predicted now

Timeframe1. Planning

Project Planning in short term will be do for ± 1 month and medium term for ±2 months. Meanwhile, long-term planning will be do for ± 6 months. This planning will be create a curriculum that will be used, preparations proposals, preparations infrastructure, the funds needed for this project, looking for volunteers, and other things that needed more

2. ImplementationShort-term project will be held during 8x meeting for one month. This activity will be held

every Friday and Saturday in the schools selected later. Medium-term project will be implemented in several step. The first step after collected volunteers is to held a discussion about kolong issues and campaigning about this project for a few days. discussion the issues will be held for one day which will invite all the elements that involved in kolong and environment problem in this province. The second step is campaigning about kolong to the schools and society for one week. The last step is to held seminar about kolong for one day which inviting an experts about kolong.

Long-term project will be held for 3 days. These project will invite all youth in Indonesia to create a pilot project about kolong. In addition, will be held seminar, tourism, mangrove planting, writing papers about kolong, tukik released, village developments, and other things related. Long-term activities will cooperate with BEM (Student Executive Board), the Community, and the Government.

3. EvaluationEvaluation will be carried out after the event. This evaluation will include any results of project and the recommendation to make a similar event in the future be better. but, for the long term that will be evaluated once a month to the preparatory project.

Budget (if any)

Budget Requires for this project is:1. Short term

The budget for short term will be used for purchase prize to students in the last project and the budget also use for the tools, materials that will be used. The materials and tools that will be used is: Prize, Publication and Documentation, consumption, equipment, and other unexpected costs. The estimated budget that need is about Rp. 2,000,000.00

2. Mid TermThe budget for the medium term is used for the Secretariat, Equipment and Transport, Publication and Documentation, consumption and other unexpected costs. The estimated budget that need is about Rp. 8,000,000.00

3. Jangka PanjangThe budget for long term is about Rp. 40.000.000,00 . This fee will be used to: Secretary, equipment and transport, Publication and Documentation, Consumption, P3K, Events, and other unexpected costs.

Then, This IChYEP results will be implemented to management kolong and building youth in Bangka Belitung province. That is the purpose of this program and the reasons why should join this program.
