Happy New Year to you again Thank you for your continued support

Find below activities carried out in the month of January

Key Achievements and Activities

Post Hope House

PBOF paid school fees and provided back to school supplies for twelve (12) ex-clients registered WAEC for two (2) ex-clients JAMB

for one (1) ex-client and JSCE for two (2) ex-clients

Two (2) ex clients had issues with their immediate families PBOF intervened and resolved the issues The ex-clients are back to

school

Post rehabilitation counseling and follow up with a volunteer Temitope Adeyemi

Sweet Sensation visited and donated foodstuffs and toiletries to PBOF as part of their CSR The items were given toex-clients who where present during the visitation and Echoes of Mercy and Hope Foundation

The foundation followed up on a 17 years old girl and her baby The young girl came in October 2018 with seven (7) months old

pregnancy PBOF supported her with money baby items and food items

Girls Empowered 2019

Girls Empowered is an initiative that inspires transforms and equips girls in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics in Public

Schools in Nigeria Girlrsquos Empowered equally works with partners and donors to give underprivileged girls a good shot at having quality

education through scholarships

Girls Empowered Conference 2019 is currently in the planning stage The scheduled date is October 11th 2019

Peer Education For Prefects (PEP)

PEP reached a total of eighty (80) school prefects from three (3) schools in Ogun State the school prefects were trained on Leadership

Who Am I (Self-Profiling) and Personality development

Partners Day

Plans are on ongoing for partners day event The date will be communicated soon

Engagements

Two PBOF staffs trained staffs of Habitation of Hope Logunro Mowe on Challenges of Parenting in a Rehabilitation Home making a

Rehabilitation Center a Real Home Away from home and Child Protection Policy for working with children in a Rehabilitation Home

Strategic meeting with Fadahunsi Education Foundation (FEF) The purpose of the meeting is for them to add more ex-clients to their

educational scholarship

A victim of domestic violence with four (4) children has been told by her husband to move out of their home The Ministry of Justice (DSVRT)

and the foundation has intervened The foundation is seeking for empowerment and accommodation which will cost N250000 for the lady To
