Featuring 223 exhibitors, a large international attend-ance and a top-quality conference

Mashhad International Ex-hibition Center has once again opened its doors to the 18th edition of iFood, one of the most important business platforms for

food and food processing industries in Iran. The exhibi-tion, which is supported by Khorasan Industrial Estates Company and the Federal Ministry of Food and Agricul-ture (BMEL) and which took place from August 24 to 27 in Mashhad, the capital of Khorasan Razavi Province and an important hub for Iran s food industry, has further strengthened its recognition by the international busi-ness community. As many as 223 companies from Iran, Germany, China, Turkey, India, Russia, Poland and oth-ers demonstrated a full variety of the latest products and technology for the food and food processing industries to nearly 17,000 local and international visitors.

The German Agricultural Society (DLG e.V.) once again arranged a compre-hensive conference pro-gram. The two-day sympo-sium, which accompanied

the exhibition from August 25 to 26, featured topics such as “Bilateral trade conditions and food safety" and “Im-provements in the Food Processing Industry”. Industry experts from international companies such as, BfR, Ber-lin, Herbertz Dairy Food Service, Siemens SKK, R-Biop-harm AG neoplas GmbH or Wadi-International University took an active part in the sessions by giving presenta-tions and statements.
