THE EFFICACIOUS ACCOMPLISHMENT OF ON NEPAL FIRST EVER SHOWAGRICULTURE MARKS A FOR THE INDUSTRY TO GROW.NEW BEGINNING

Nepal Agritech Interna�onal Expo 2017, Nepal’s largest and first ever show on agriculture, Farm Machinery, Dairy, Poultry, Livestock, Farm Equipment& Technology, efficaciously accomplished its first edi�on organized at Bhriku� Mandap from 17 to 19 February 2017. The industry aficionados witnessed that 3 days trade show has evitable served a prodigious pla�orm for perfect mee�ng of industry products & service providers. It has further formulated grounds for the gaining cognizance over the industry poten�al & scope and further bringing in the revolu�onary change to the mindset of industry towards the scope of growth of the industry. For the 1st �me in Nepal a trade show of this kind was organized with par�cipa�on of 200+ Exhibitors displaying con�nuum of products from different part of world.

Nepal Agritech Interna�onal exhibi�on 2017 on 1st day of the exhibi�on was inaugurated & blessed by the reputed dignitaries. The ribbon cu�ng ceremony along with Ligh�ng of lamp was performed by Honorable Minister Gauri Shankhar Chaudhary Mr. Guna Chandra Bista,, Ministry of Agriculture Development and Chairman, Nepal Poultry Federa�on. Other Dignitaries whose presence further enhanced the show vibrancy were :

The first ever poultry seminar on ‘Poultry Health and Management’ organized on 18th February 2017 at Bhriku� Mandap, Kathmandu Nepal, was another triumph. This technical seminar offered best-in-class analyses and solu�ons to equip poultry sector’s security so as to be able to mi�gate, manage and prevent today’s complex threats, from an integrated enterprise perspec�ve. The audience of the seminar comprises of poultry farmers, farm managers, feed associates and hatchery associates from across the country and beyond. Veterinary science final year students and professionals from all ver�cal industries across both the public and private sectors, along with other poultry professionals responsible for poultry security and be�erment a�ended the program.

The competition in the exhibition created thrill & excitement amidst the visitors. It was an egg eating competition which was organized by “Adhunik Poultry Nepal” at the exhibition on 18th & 19th. The competition enthralled the visitors & was another highlight of the show.

A podium was created in the exhibition which has the display of latest technology. It created another show buzz.

The live demonstrations by the machines, the wide range of products was a major factor to magnetize the audience of the related industry.

The exhibi�on was fortunate to be supported by Nepal Agriculture Machinery Entrepreneurs Associa�on. The associa�on to boost the morale of small & medium scale enterprise witnessed the par�cipa�on of 100+ dealers and distributors from Nepal represen�ng their interna�onal counterparts in the country.

Thousands of farmers, entrepreneurs & Agri Professionals visited the show and got opportunity to update themselves about the new technologies, products and etc.
