Advanced In Person Scanner Security Verification Form

• One form per scanner

• This form will record and confirm the seals and the daily counts on the scanner

• At this time, we are considering 5 seals on the scanner. Additional seals can be added if deemed necessary.

• Only the ballot box will be sealed and unsealed to remove the ballots each day during Advanced in Person voting

• Other seals will be confirmed by placing a checkmark in the box

Daily Recap of Absentee Voting on Touchscreens (DRS-BMD-ABS-19)

• This form will be used to record and confirm the opening and closing seals and the opening and closing counts on the Touchscreens

• Only one seal is removed to turn on the unit each day and resealed. The counts are recorded

.• The Confirmed Seal area is

a check off to confirm the seals have not been tampered with.

• In order for the Poll Pad case to be secure two seals must be used
