• Start thinking out of the box; one bagging line capacity 3500 bags/h, fully automated

operations; reducing man power by 70 %; Promoting Bulk instead of packed

• Fully integrated IT including from the production wheel of the production to the end user

• Schmidt will focus as Logistic service provider in 4 PL start from production till the pellets are

in the hopper of the extruder of the converter

• Automation and Digitalisation can lead to a lot of improvements

• Provide FEED Study to open the doors for innovations for our customer

• Benchmark: 3 USD/MT for onsite logistics , including CAPEX&OPEX; 50.000 MT/operator
