BEFORE BNVs …

• 26 educated youth were selected as BNVs in Grama Sabha

• 3 -day training of BNVs at APARD, Hyderabad

• Hand holding & nurturing support from Commissioner APARD and link officer from ETC • Village visits of BNVs

• Visit and interaction of G.P, Mandal, District level officials to get rapport

Lab-to-Land Initiative

• BNVs meeting on 5th and 20th of every month• Capacity building trainings at village level on water & sanitation, MGNREGA, and other Development Programmes• NRLM training at ETC level• Training on Rajiv Yuva kiranalu -software• Allotment of House holds to BNVs for household survey• Preparation of village development plan
