What is Builders Club?• Builders Club is an afterschool program at Potsdam Middle

School for students grades 5-8• It fosters leadership and character development, instills

the importance of service, and provides students with volunteer opportunities

• It consists of thirty students 4 officers (student elected leaders) Community Mentor-Julie Johnson

• Group discussions were an important aspect of or CBL, it allowed us to collaborate with the middle school students, find out what was happening in their lives and help them find their inner leader to overcome issues they were dealing with
