The original Bid Document, Bid Addendum No. 1 dated May 6, 2013, and Bid Addendum No. 2 date May 8,
2013 for RFP No. Q13-5441LW are amended as noted in this Post Bid Follow-up No. 1 date June 12, 2013
and the Post Bid Follow-up shall become a part of the Bid Document.

POST BID FOLLOW-UP NO. 1 DATED JUNE 12, 2013
The original Bid Document, Bid Addendum No. 1, Bid Addendum No. 2, and Bid Addendum No. 3 for Request
For Proposals (RFP) No. Q13-5441LW, are amended as noted in this Post Bid Follow-up No. 1 dated June 12,
2013 and the Post Bid Follow-up shall become a part of the bid document.
Each Proposer/Bidder shall note the following instruction and submit their response to the undersigned:
A. Instructions for Completing Attachments:
The attached Excel documents are similar to the original Attachment documents provided with the Bid Documents, and submitted by you with your bid proposal on May 20, 2013. However, the Attachments contain additional or revised information that NYPA request Proposer submit. Accordingly, Proposers are requested to complete each attachment in its entirety. The new information requested is highlighted in yellow. However, Proposer is requested to re-include all the data it previously submitted in the fields not highlighted in yellow, as follow:
1. The Updated Attachment 2 contains some additional information we need highlighted in yellow. However, fill out the entire document (i.e., include both the original and additional information highlighted).
2. The Updated Attachment 4 contains additional and revised information we need, highlighted in yellow, in both tabs of the Excel document. Proposers are requested to redo and fill out the entire document.
3. The Updated Attachment 6 contains some additional information we need highlighted in yellow. However, fill out the entire document (i.e., include both the original and additional information highlighted).
4. Proposer is requested to include its Excel formulas in all applicable fields.
During the Restricted Period the Proposer must communicate only with the Designated Contract Person for
the RFP. The "Restricted Period" is defined to be the period of time commencing with the earliest written
notice, advertisement or solicitation of a request for proposal, invitation for bids or solicitation of
proposals, or any other method for soliciting a response from Proposers intending to result in selection of a
proposal.
The Authority's Designated Contact Person during the formal bid period is the undersigned (Mr. Len
Walker). No others are authorized to receive, initiate, or communicate information of any kind regarding
this RFP during the "Restricted Period." All inquiries regarding this RFP must be directed to the
undersigned. Failure of prospective Proposer/Bidder to fully comply with this requirement may result in the
rejection of its Bid Proposal.

This Post Bid Follow-up No. 1 dated June 12, 2013 must be executed and returned to the above no later than:
5:00 pm, Friday June 21, 2013.
