With Power Screen Capture, you can capture full screen or selected region from your

desktop.

1. Open Power Screen Capture, click "Screen Capture" button on the main window.

2. Before capturing, click "Capture Settings" button to set desired settings for your

capturing task.

3. Click "Start" button to capture video from your desktop.

4. Click "Short Frame" button to capture image from your desktop.

5. Click "Select Region" button to select the region you want to capture.

N o te: All captured files will be saved to the files list automatically.

Related button:

The left button: Create a new folder.

The middle button: Rename the selected folder.

The right button: Delete the selected folder.

Power Screen Capture not only enables you to capture files from DV and TV tuner but also

capture files from other devices, such as USB cameras.

1. Connect USB cameras to your computer.

2. Open Power Screen Capture, click "Other Devices" button on the main window.

3. Click "Device Settings" button to set proper settings such as video input size and video

frame rate for input video device.

4. Set proper settings for your output file by clicking "Settings" button.

5. Before capturing, click "Capture Settings" button to adjust auto shot, overlay, audio

settings volume and balance, etc.

6. After you confirm all settings, click "Start" button to capture video from USB cameras.

7. Click "Short Frame" button to capture image from USB cameras.


If you want to start up or stop capturing video automatically by dynamic monitoring

computer voice. The following steps can help you:

1. Tick "Motion Detection" first, and then click "Settings".

2. Click "Alarm Mode" to tick "Record Video" at the left side of the dialog. Page 10

3. Click "Sensitivity" to set related parameters. Such as the alarm line at both video and

sound sensitivity and the time delay of both video and sound sensitivity.

4. Click "Apply" after finishing setting, and then click "OK" to close setting.

A t ten t i on : Start up recording video and sound automatically should satisfy four

conditions. That means it will start when video and sound sensitivity are both exceed the

alarm line and still both longer than time delay.

Unlike startup recording, stop recording just need one condition. That means random

condition not arrive at the set parameters, recording will be stopped automatically.

1. Connect TV tuner to your computer.

2. Open Power Screen Capture, click "TV Capture" button on the main window.



4. To set proper settings for your output file by clicking "Settings" button.



6. After you confirm all settings, click "Start" button to capture video from TV tuner.

7. Click "Short Frame" button to capture image from TV tuner.

Power Screen Capture not only provides the function of capturing screen of your desktop,

but also allows you capture the video and image from some devices (TV tuner, DV, etc).

1. Connect DV device to your computer.

2. Open Power Screen Capture, and click "DV Capture" button on the main window.



4. Set proper settings for your output file by clicking "Settings" button.



6. After you confirm all settings, click "Start" button to capture video from DV Device.

7. Click "Short Frame" button to capture image from TV tuner.

All captured files will be saved to the left window automatically.

After capturing is finished, all captured files will be displayed on "File Browse" tab. Click

to select the captured files from DV, TV tuner or other device, then perform

corresponding response by right-clicking the selected file.

You can also play the captured video files on this tab. There are some buttons designed

for controlling the video at will.
