operational aspects of their power plants to optimise the utilisation of the resource and

availability of associated infrastructure;

in both generating and transmitting assets;

• Assisting managers and operators to develop robust preventative maintenance plans to meet

strategic business objectives and ensure plants and networks continue to operate in a safe and

planning tools to ensure investment in the operating assets is secured and optimised over the

design lifecycle of the plant and maintenance regimes are appropriate to support the assets

º Monthly, Weekly and Daily Operating Plans for operations and maintenance personnel

º Preventative maintenance planning and defect recovery systems;

º Spares and components management in stores and vehicles to support operations;

• NorthPower Metering - NATA Certification in the field of Electrical Testing for NorthPower’s

Metering Services laboratory for electricity meters and meter type approval testing facility

located in Tamworth NSW in preparation for changes in the NSW SEM Market Code Change

for Chapter 7 from monopoly metering services to contestable metering services and data

forwarding.

• NorthPower Design & Construction - Development of strategy for the development of an

ISO 9001 management system for NorthPower’s Design & Construction Division responsible

for the design development, construction and maintenance and third-party design review &

approval for electricity transmission and distribution infrastructure.


• AGL Limited - Program Assurance Services for AGL Limited on their Capital Infrastructure
