This document takes New D.G. + DCB as the basic scenario, please
installing other scenarios according to the basic scenario.

New D.G.+DCB (Outdoors)
1. Installing Devices
Securing the Power Cube a
Route hoist cables through the four lifting holes at the bottom of the Power Cube and secure them at the base of the energy
plant system (EPS). Then hoist the EPS and the ECC to the installation place using a crane.
1.To avoid friction between the hoist cables and the
cabinet when hoisting the Power Cube, place foamed
plastics where the hoist cables contact the cabinet.
2.For disassemble the Power Cube into the ECC, D.G.,
and base fuel tank, and then install them, please see the
Removing and Installing the Power Cube Quick
Installation Guide.
If paint flakes off during transportation, repaint the
areas devoid of paint. The cabinet bottom is the
particular place to the focused on, because the bottom
fuel tank may leak if it rusts.
Install expansion bolts in the mounting holes to secure the cabinet.

Determine the place for installing the ESC using a marking-off template and install expansion bolts.

Fasten hoist cables to the lifting eyes on the ESC top and hoist the ESC to the installation place.

Switching Off All Power Circuit Breakers of the Power Cube b
Switch off the AC, BAT1–, BAT2–, BLVD, and
LLVD circuit breakers in the power distribution
unit (PDU) of the power system in the ECC and
turn off the BC power switch.
Switch the DG INPUT, MAINS INPUT, and AC output circuit
breakers as well as the auto mains failure (AMF) power switch of
the Integrated Automatic Transfer Switch (IATS) to the OFF
position. Press the EMERGENCY STOP button.

Adding Diesel Fuel, Engine Oil, and Water to the EPS c
Add 800 to 1000 liters of diesel fuel at the diesel fuel filler port.
Add 6 liters of engine oil at the oil pan filler port and 37 liters of engine oil at the auxiliary engine oil filler port.
Yanmar and Kubota can be in EPS-10G, the operation must according to actual conditions.

Switch the circuit breaker in the ESC to the OFF position. The battery baffle should be rotate 90 degree for the ESC-1D
with DC air conditioner.

1. DCBs must be placed in strict accordance with the following figure. Otherwise, you will not be able to connect cables to the
DCBs or the DCBs will short circuit.
2. When connecting cables to DCBs, wear protective gloves and use insulated tools (such as a wrench with its handle wrapped
with PVC insulation tape).
3. Partially tighten bolts first. After all cables are connected to DCBs, tighten the bolts on DCBs. The reference torque for
tightening bolts is 20–25 N.m (177.02–221.27 lbf.in.).
4. Before connecting a cable to a DCB, remove the protective lid from the DCB and then reinstall it after connecting the cable.

If only the SMS is used in networking, check the validity of the SMS test number on the LCD and then test the SMS function.
If the number receives 210231***************, the settings related to the SMS are correctly set on the HPMU.

Check whether the values on the HPMU standby screen are the same as the actual configurations. If there is an alarm from
the HPMU, CPMU01 and the AMF25, rectify the fault by referring to the PowerCube 1000 Maintenance Guide (V300R001).
Switch on the DC-powered load connecting to the power system and the AC-powered load connecting to the IATS. Check
that the circuit breakers of F1,(for FAN),F14(for DC air condition),F3(for BC) is set to ON.
If no alarm is generated after the Power Cube runs for five minutes, the commissioning is successful. Then take fireproof mud
out of the packaging box in the cabinet base to block cable holes. After that, reinstall the plate, close all cabinet doors, and
hand the keys over to the persons in charge.
