strengHts

EoS is designed for burning biomass with humidity levels up to 75% on a dry base and particularly suited to agricultural biomass with high ash content. EoS has a two-part hybrid combustion grate: the first part is fixed and the second is mobile for flexible combustion and suited to different types of loaded fuel. EoS is suited to the production of hot wa-ter, heated water and steam.EoS power from 170 to 5,800 kW.

When you invest in a UnIConForT / Swebo facility you have already taken a decision to own and ope-rate a bio boiler with extremely high quality. you’ve made a choice to have the best!

When we discuss with our clients about their needs we always have quality and reliability in mind. Everyone wants the best but when you’re not “in the business”, it is not always an easy choice to decide what is quality. In an investment that should have an acceptable amortization period so you also want to have a facility that has a long service life, and not re-quire a high maintenance and expensive cost of spare parts. UnIConForT / Swebo offers just that:All our system is devised to minimize maintenance to a minimum. A UnIConForT EoS you need only stop for service every 4 to every 5 months.

The plant is still for about 4-5 hours. The EoS series is a hefty boiler with an extremely high quality you can see and weight. It is not uncommon to UnIConForT EoS bio boiler weighing up to 3, 4 times more than other engines in the same power range. This demon-strates only one thing.
