Case:J. (8 years) has a mental age of 2 – 3 years, she can’t speak,

when she was born she sufferd from encefalopathy, wich caused a mental dissability .

• J. doesn’t finish her tasks.• J. doesn’t stay at her seat, she is always running in the room

(also when she is obligated).• J. always takes away the toys of other children.• J. demands a lot of attention

• Aid-question: Learn me to work independant without bothering others

General goal (1,5 year – 2 year): J. shows respect for other children and adults (edcucators,

therapists etc..)

Longtermgoals (6 months) : 1. J. respects authority

2. J. does not bother other children during there activities3. Etc..

Short term goals (2 – 4 weeks):1.1 J. cooperates when she is asked to do something

Activities:• The short term goal where we are going to work with:

There is a quiet environment • Activity: J. is sitting at her desk, we give here the puzzle she

wants, someone stays behind her and makes sure she can’t go away. When J. is working at the puzzle we stimulate and reward her (Bravo, forte bine!)

• For every child 1 interventionplan. • The whole multidisciplinary team works with

this plan ( educators, psychologists, kinesists, logopedists, pedagogues etc..). Every person who works with the child make short-termgoals or activities from the same general goal.

• Every year the whole interventionplan is evaluated. The goals every three months and activities are evaluated every week and reported in the file of the child.
