March PTA meeting and Elections for the 2018-2019 PTA Board!
We are welcoming all of our Doyle families and showcasing all the
amazing events coming up! Most importantly we are nominating
and voting in our Board for the 2018-2019 school year!
If you are not a member of the Doyle PTA please join us to find out
what we are about and consider joining. If you are a member please
come to help decide all that we do for our students here at Doyle!
We are hosting complimentary pizza and drinks
for all the families attending
Dinner will start at 6pm with meeting starting at 6:30pm
There will be complementary babysitting
provided by the PTA!

The purpose of the nominating committee is to recognize and seek
qualified nominees for the elected leadership of the PTA.
The members of the committee are looking for involved and interested
parents, teachers, and community members that want to help Doyle.
The elected positions the PTA members will vote to fill are:
PTA President Executive Vice President Treasurer Secretary
Vice President of Communications Historian Auditor
Parliamentarian Fundraiser Chairperson EdUCate Rep
National Read Across America Day
is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place
annually on March 2—Dr. Seuss’s birthday.
Across the country, thousands of schools, libraries, and
community centers participate by bringing together
kids, teens, and books, and you can too!
The Doyle PTA is proud to bring this
event to every Doyle Student! Doyle
PTA is also providing Dr. Seuss
stickers, pencils, bookmarks for all
students to celebrate the love of
reading. We also gifted every
classroom with a $10 certificate to the
Doyle Spring Boook Fair to enhance
their classroom libraries!
2016-17 Doyle Yearbook Needs Your Help! Have some pictures you would like to be considered for the
yearbook? Getting them to the right person is as easy as 1,2,3! When emailing give a BRIEF description of the photo in the section
titled “who’s in the photo” (rather than listing names) *Only the Yearbook Committee will be able to see the photos and consider
them for use in the yearbook) Picture Guidelines: *Pictures should include multiple students. *Pictures should be from field trips, class events (NO birthdays please), assemblies, candid shots from daily
class life, Halloween, Dr. Seuss Day, etc. Any Doyle event is a perfect time to take a picture!
