As an experienced service provider in this segment, the Company has evaluated the best team of skilled technicians and qualified engineers. The service portfolio covers the entire spectrum of operation and maintenance of a plant including:

• For Building EPC SHEL entered the buildings space for PWD and other Govt. departments which includes providing Building Constructions services for Hospitals, National Institutions, Government Housing projects, industrial, commercial buildings, hostels, industrial sheds etc.
• Focus would be on Institutional Buildings like IITs, IIMs, AIIMS, Hospitals, Colleges, Hostels, Administration Building etc.
• SHEL has successfully executed single building projects worth Rs. 180 crores in last 2 years for PWD Government.

EPC: Power Sector (Structural & Civil)17
• Provides design, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of BOP & EPC assignments for power plants.
• The BoP (Balance of Plant) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services for power plants account for the largest proportion of the Company’s revenues.
• The Company entered this business vertical in 2010 and completed projects amounting into 3,270 megawatts in FY 2015-16.
• The Company specialises in setting up EPC/turnkey projects (up to 660 megawatts), erecting boilers, TGs and auxiliaries, renovating and modernising BTG, T&D projects as well as overhauling, operating and maintaining power plants and steel plants (up to 800 megawatts).
• This end-to-end presence of SHEL has cemented its reputation as one of the most reliable names in the BOP and EPC segments.
• Our strength lies in our ability to create a synergy with renewable and alternate sources of power. It is due to this sustainable approach that we are the leaders in design, procurement, and construction of thermal and nuclear- fueled power plants.
• The Company commissioned & owned a 5-megawatt EPC pilot project in Solapur (undertaken through a 100%-subsidiary) for getting qualification in further EPC contracts. This was the pilot project done by the company to test the market.
