• We’ll gather for an informal Italian dinner near the hotel.
18 October Friday is a free day – no plan – entertain yourselves with the rich history of the area
• Friday Evening @ 5:30pm – Chapter Dinner at Christiana Campbell’s Tavern –Colonial dress / Uniform or business casual
19 October Saturday is Yorktown Day – Formal Events last until about noon on the battlefield More detail on the day’s itinerary will be available as we draw nearer to the actual event
• The chapter will organize a Chapter Grave marking in the early afternoon for those interested in attending
20 October Sunday those wishing to visit Great Bridge Battlefield will travel approx. 60 Miles to reach the City of Chesapeake and the site of the Battle.
Those wishing to leave early for the return home....
• Leave directly after the ceremony on 19 October – Lexington, VA is a good
layover arrive home mid-day Sunday
• Leave Sunday morning arrive home Sunday Evening
• Leave directly after Great Bridge Visit om 20 October – Lexington, VA is a
good layover arrive home mid day-Monday
