    3. DETERMINE FEASIBILITY

    If Encik Kurniadi Muhtar finds the system that is being

    developed is not capable to reach the objective of Pahang

    Electronics Sdn. Bhd. Sales Department objective, he should

    discuss with the representative of Pahang Electronicss Sales

    Department whether to continue the system development or

    not.

    5. PRESENT RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO THEMANAGEMENT

    This will be in the form of a formal document called

    Preliminary Investigation Report. It may include:

    Project Roles:

    Lists the people who will participate in the project, and

    describes each persons role

    Time & cost estimates:

    This will describe the cost of acquiring and installing the

    new system
