The 2nd edition almost doubled the number of participants!
April 2013 brought the already 2nd edition of "Speed uppp Ukraine", which is an international conference
series aiming at developing Public-Private Partnerships in the process of delivering public services in
Ukraine. The 1st edition in April 2012 gathered 84 delegates, while the 2nd edition reported a 87% increase
in the number of participants year-to-year gathering a total of 157 delegates.

The 2nd edition of "Speed uppp Ukraine" has gathered to-
gether 157 delegates who came from 11 different countries
representing three continents (Ukraine, Russia, Poland, UK,
Kazakhstan, France, USA, Republic of Srpska, Turkey, Mol-
dova and Indonesia) whereof 64% represented the public
and 36% the private sector (increase of 7% year-to-year).
