The 2 nd edition almost doubled the number of participants! April 2013 brought the already 2 nd edition of "Speed uppp Ukraine", which is an international conference series aiming at developing Public-Private Partnerships in the process of delivering public services in Ukraine. The 1 st edition in April 2012 gathered 84 delegates, while the 2 nd edition reported a 87% increase in the number of participants year-to-year gathering a total of 157 delegates. The 2nd edition almost doubled the number of participants!
