What I have very useful in the trainings this year is for reps to invite to come along with them people that they have spoken to that have an interest in joining ADC as a rep.

Chris will be doing small group trainings on this great feature that everyone should be familiar with and utilize to better get a grip and understanding on where their drug cards are being used.

RESPECT RULE
• Yes, some Reps “blanket mail” cards without calling first. This is not a policy or contract violation, but we suggest all Reps call first to get a contact who will accept the cards.
• Establish a relationship with your contacts and they will be loyal to you.
• Be professional. Don't tell them to throw away another ADC Rep's cards.
• There are no territories.
BEST PRACTICE
Call the leads to ask if they would like you to send the cards then a couple of days later call them to make sure they have received the cards and ask if they have any questions!
