HISTORY:•Standard Chartered group was formed in 1969 through merger of two banks i.e the standard bank of British South Africa & the chartered bank of India.

•The bank incorporated its operations in Pak in 1863.The bank has a network of 162 branches in Pak.

MY CAREER PLAN

Career planning is not an activity that should be done once – in high school or college -- and then left behind as we move forward in our jobs and careers. Rather, career planning is an activity that is best done on a regular basis. And it's never too soon or too late to start your career planning.

My career plan is to open a car showroom. Car showrooms are of great demand. Creating stylish car showroom is now a big business and has great ideas to put into appropriate designs.

SWOT ANALYSIS

In opening my car showroom & to b a Chief-Executive at my org. my STRENGHTH is that im studying MBA & because of it my skills & interests are developing with succession to do such a huge business.

However, to start & open such a huge business my WEAKNESS is that I have to get a large amount of money to begin all operations. I also have to purchase a large plot in any commercial area to construct a showroom for my business.

But in case if I would not be able to open and start a car showroom business of my own still I would have an OPPORTUNITY to get a job as a Manager in any national or a multi-national organization on the basis of my MBA degree & my skills.

Above all the most THREATNING thing to me is that possibly I might not get such a huge amount of money for my business & another Threat is that possibly my family would not permit me do or engage in any kind of business or a job in future courses of my life.
