Method of preparation: The given ingredients were taken as per their quantity. First of all, surfactant (Tween 80) and co-surfactant (PEG-400) were mixed using propeller stirrer. Oleic acid was taken in an another 50 ml beaker. Surfactant co-surfactant mixture was added in to oleic acid with continuous stirring by propeller stirrer. Then water was added drop wise in that mixture along with continuous stirring.Observation table :

1. Globule size: 40 nm. 2.Viscosity: 135 cps (20 rpm, 46.2 % torque) 3. pH: 6.12 4. Conductivity: 75 s. 5. Stability testing:Condition Time durationObservation Interference

At 4cFor 24hr

At Room temperature For 24hr

By centrifugationFor 30min (1000RPM)

The trapped air bubbles were removed by stirring at low speed and keeping it aside for few minutes.

Method of characterization:1. Globule size: 2. Viscosity3. Stability study: Stability study was done at room temperature, at 4 C and by centrifugation.4. Conductivity: It was measured using conductometer.5. PH: The solution was prepared by taking 1 ml of microemulsion and diluting it with 9 ml of distilled water. This solution was used to measure the PH.
