Mission Outreach Prayer: Update on the Sonkpah Family – The late Rev. Joe D.

Sonkpah, who passed away as a result of the Ebola

epidemic, was laid to rest November 1, 2014 at the

Taylor Major Compand (Cemetery), in the West-East of

Monrovia, Liberia. We want to praise the Lord that all of

his children have completed their 21 days of quarantine

and are well.

all over Genesee County for the purpose of connecting with God, each other, and our

Grief Share Surviving the Holidays Seminar is Sunday, November 23 from 6-8 PM in

Rm. 7. Join us for an encouraging seminar that will help you survive the holidays and

discover new reasons to enjoy them again.

Christmas Dinner with Rock of Ages Big Band is Monday, December 8, serving Hors

d”oeuvres at 5:30 PM and dinner at 6:30 PM. Tickets are available in the Foyer for $10

per person. Come join in the fun – everyone is welcome!

WOMEN’S MINISTRY

Ladies Christmas Shopping at Great Lakes Crossing is THIS Saturday, November 22.

The bus will leave the west parking lot of the church at 9:30 AM and return at 3:30 PM.

We will have lunch at 11:30 AM at the Food Court, and there will be a Scavenger Hunt

with prizes! Please sign up at the Guest Services Desk. Transportation and child care

are provided free of charge! A pizza lunch and snacks will be provided for the children.

CHRISTMAS

Poinsettias are available for purchase and will be used to decorate the sanctuary for

Christmas. They can be taken home on December 24 following the Christmas Eve

service. Each plant costs $7.00 and can be purchased in Memory of or in Honor of

someone, which will be listed in the December 21 bulletin. If you would like to purchase

a poinsettia, register on the Communication Form. You can pay for your order at the

Information Desk.

Friendship Registers are located at the right side of each pew. When they are

passed, please print your name, address, phone and email address in the red area

if you are a guest or the black area if you attend on a regular basis.

Pastor Rob Prince looks forward to meeting you. He will be available in the Foyer

following services each Sunday morning. Guest Services is located in the Foyer and

they can help you if you have any questions.

Nursing mother’s room is available in the Nursery. It is equipped with a changing

table, rocking chair, and audio of the service.

20. This is a training for all those who currently serve or are interested in serving as

volunteers in Children's Ministry. Without volunteers ministry to children and families is

Thanksgiving Game Night is Sunday, Nov. 23rd

at the Peak @ 6 PM.

At Dusk is NEXT Sunday, Nov. 23, 6 PM @ the Stolzenfelds, 8303 Fish Lake Rd., Holly.

Guys bring a drink and girls bring a snack to share. A bus will leave the Peak at 5:30 PM

and return at 8:30 PM.

Mid-Winter retreat will be January 16-18 in Kalkaska at the Starwood Ranch. The total

cost for the trip is $120. There is a $30 deposit due with your application which is due

by NEXT Sunday, Nov. 23. The total fee will be due by Sunday, Dec. 21.

Angel Tree season has begun! Angel Tree is a division of Prison Fellowship. This

year we have the privilege to serve 170+ children! The trees are up at the Central
