Base Bid: 350 Kwp PV power plant system on two elevated steel trellis structures – totaling approximately 27,900 square feet. Included in the Base Bid are:◦ Electrical equipment associated with PG&E interconnect◦ Site lighting under the trellis structures◦ Grounding of the PV System and structures◦ New striping◦ New protective bollards◦ Re-location of one fire hydrant and associated piping◦ Selective demolition of existing site infrastructure◦ Start-up and commissioning ◦ Stocking of spare parts◦ Basic maintenance and monitoring of the system for one year following start-up.
Additive Alternate #1: additional 75 Kwp PV power system on extended elevated trellis structure – totaling approximately 6,000 square feet.
Additive Alternate #2: Extended basic maintenance of PV power plant for an additional 4 years past the base bid maintenance period (years 2-5)
