Gary A. King, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Chico’s FASMr. Gary A. King is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Chico’s FAS, Inc. Mr. King joined the Company in October 2004 after five years at Barnes & Noble, Inc., where he served as Vice President, Chief Information Officer. From 1988 to 1999, Mr. King held positions with Avon Products, Inc. including Vice President, Global Information Technology. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. King held system management positions with Unisys Corporation and Burroughs Corporation.

Brett Frankenberg, Vice President of Supply Chain Planning, Coca-Cola Bottling Co. ConsolidatedBrett Frankenberg is the Vice President of Supply Chain Planning for Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCBCC). CCBCC is a 1.5B bottler based in Charlotte, NC. Brett’s team is responsible for Materials Management, Inventory Policies, Forecasting Demand Patterns through the Detailed Scheduling and Deployment of product from CCBCC’s five manufacturing centers and 60+ full goods vendors to the 50+ distribution facilities. In his 15 years with CCBCC, he has managed functions in Manufacturing, Training and most recently Logistics. Brett’s most recent assignment involved managing regional Warehousing and Transportation Operations in Manufacturing and Distribution Centers. Brett holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Adriana Karaboutis, Vice President, Information Technology, Dell Inc.Adriana (Andi) Karaboutis is Dell’s Vice-president of Global Operations & Technology IT, responsible for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Product Development systems. She has been with Dell Since March, 2010.

Prior to joining Dell, she was General Motors’ Global Manufacturing and Labor Information Officer. In this capacity, Adriana was responsible for all vehicle assembly, power train, and stamping plant systems, as well as manufacturing engineering systems. Prior to that, she was the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain Information Officer responsible for all global procurement, order fulfillment, supply operations and logistics systems. She was at GM from 2004 through 2010. Before working for General Motors, Adriana spent 15 years at Ford Motor Company where she began as a programmer/analyst and moved into various global IT leadership positions with increasing responsibility in manufacturing, supply chain, finance and purchasing in both Europe and North America.

Adriana served as a member of the advisory board for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT) and was President of the organization, 2008-2010. She has also been on the board of the Manufacturing Executive Leadership Forum since 2009.

Tim Payne, Research Director, Gartner GroupTim Payne is a research director in Gartner, where he is part of the Supply Chain Research Group. In this position, Mr. Payne is able to leverage more than 15 years of direct experience in supply chain management into his research. His current research areas focus on supply chain planning, sales and operations planning, integrated business planning, and supply chain performance management. Additionally, he supports Gatner’s European clients on all aspects of supply chain management.

Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Payne worked in supply chain management for multinationals for 15 years. During that time, he led many European supply chain re-engineering, improvement and optimization programs, including several supply chain system implementations.

Lars Gunnarsson, IT Demand Manager, IKEALars has more than 20 years experience of IT Management both inside IKEA and at other global enterprises. Starting out his executive career in Swedish Telecom company Telia, Lars moved on to work at Pharmacia & UpJohn and later as CEO at Standard Software Company Capitex. Lars joined IKEA in 2001. Lars has at IKEA managed all parts of the internal IT organisation as well as being Store Manager of store located at Wembley, London UK. Lars is today IT Demand Manager for global Supply Chain at IKEA .

Didier Jourdan, Vice President - Planning, Oriflame CosmeticsDidier is a passionate Supply Chain executive with more than 15 year experience in various FMCG fields.

Based in Stockholm (Sweden) since 2009 as Vice-President Planning, he is leading the Global Planning for Oriflame Cosmetics (Global Supply & Distribution planning – Global Inventory Management). Additionally, Didier is actively participating in Oriflame integrated decision process (IBM).

Previously, he worked 8 years for Beiersdorf first in France heading the Supply Chain for a production center then in the Middle East establishing the whole Supply Chain through a distribution hub covering 16 countries. Prior to that, Didier worked for 5 years in several supply chain fields within Procter & Gamble following a 2 year first experience in Singapore as Application Engineer. Didier holds an Mechanical Engineer Diploma (1994) complemented by INSEAD (2004) & London Business School (2008) executive seminars.

Hamish Brewer, President and Chief Executive Officer, JDA SoftwareHamish Brewer has been President & CEO of JDA Software since August 2003, responsible for overseeing all aspects of JDA and developing company strategy.

Prior positions at JDA include President from 2001 to 2003; Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales from 2000 to 2001; Senior Vice President, Enterprise Systems, from 1999 to 2000; Senior Vice President, International, from 1998 to 1999; and Vice President, Europe, Middle East & Africa Operations from 1996 to 1998.

Prior to JDA, Mr Brewer worked for eight years at IBM as a retail specialist in sales and marketing. He also worked at a retailer in England with responsibilities for operations, information management, and stock control.

Razat Gaurav, Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa, JDA SoftwareRazat Gaurav joined JDA in 2010 as part of the i2 acquisition in 2010, and serves as Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Razat brings vast international experience to JDA along with demonstrated deep domain expertise in both retail and manufacturing supply chains.

At i2 Razat served in various leadership roles with responsibility for revenue and market share growth, including leading all sales, presales and business development activities across the Americas and EMEA regions. In this role, he also managed partner and alliance relationships and guided solution and industry roadmap development. Razat previously led i2’s Global Logistics Business Unit responsible for overall go-to-market and transportation solution strategy. He also served in various roles across product management, solutions marketing and strategic consulting services functions.

Prior to i2, Razat worked as a management consultant at Ernst & Young’s supply chain and logistics practice. In this role, he worked with several manufacturing, retail, third-party logistics and telecommunications companies on process improvement and strategy engagements to help drive cost reduction, service level improvement and revenue growth.
